Domaine Barmès-Buecher began in 1985 when Geneviève Barmès (née Buecher) and her husband François Barmès combined the vineyards of their respective families which each had owned since the 17th century. Today their son Maxime runs the vineyard and vinification with the help of his mother and sister Sophie. The domaine has been certified biodynamic since the 2001 vintage and grows 8 varietals on 17 hectares of vineyards split over 7 different terroirs including 3 Grand Crus. Bin: 7412
